About Emily

Emily Feese is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC). She believes that everyone deserves an opportunity to be heard, supported in navigating life's challenges, and encouraged to create positive change. Emily strives to create a strong and nurturing relationship between client and counselor to foster connection, change, and healing, approaching her work through compassionate, person-centered care while meeting people where they are on life's journey.

Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Education with an emphasis in Clinical Mental Health, both from the University of Nebraska Kearney. During her clinical career, she has grown as a practitioner and utilizes several evidence-based techniques to meet the needs and goals of her clients. Emily provides services for individuals, adolescents, and children, as well as those navigating addiction.

Emily is joining the team at Willow Place Mental Health Counseling, where she will also serve as the Clinical Director of the Grand Island office. In this role, she will provide leadership and oversight to the clinical team, ensuring that clients in the Grand Island community receive the same high standard of compassionate, evidence-based care that defines Willow Place.
